We move from early concepts to high-fidelity quickly, then test with real users until the solution holds up against real behavior, edge cases, and your business constraints. You see progress at set checkpoints, not in daily meetings, so your team stays focused on its own roadmap.

Do you stop at design, or can you ship the product too?
Both. Some teams want designs, a coded prototype, and a thorough handoff to their engineers. Others want us writing production code too, front end, back end, and AI guardrails, in their repo and through their normal review process. We lock that in the proposal before we start, based on what your team needs and budget.
How does pricing work?
Freelancers are individuals. One person, one skill set, no accountability structure. Agencies add layers of overhead, account management, and junior execution. Monico is a focused product team: senior designers with proven working chemistry, embedded in your product and your process. No bloat. No handoff delays. You get the caliber of team usually reserved for companies at Series C and beyond.
Why bring in a studio instead of hiring?
It depends on where you are and what's most urgent. The Signal Sprint is the right starting point if you're not sure what's broken or what to build next. What does working with you look like week to week?
Once the proposal is signed, we take the initiative off your plate. Our team runs its own standups and does the work, so yours doesn’t have to absorb extra meetings. You’ll see progress at set checkpoints, where we show the work, bring in the right stakeholders, and hand off deliverables in stages. Between checkpoints, we’re a message away if a question comes up on either side.
Why do you only take a few clients at a time?
We keep a small number of active engagements so every client gets our full attention. When you’re in a cohort, you’re not competing for bandwidth with a dozen other accounts. That kind of depth only works if we keep the volume intentionally low. If your timing is tight, get a conversation on the calendar now so we can plan around it.
What do you need from us to get started?
Not much. Access to your product, any analytics or research you already have, and one point of contact who can give us honest context on what’s working and what isn’t. From there, we run the process end to end, keep you posted through progress updates and milestone meetings, and hand over deliverables as they land, so your team can stay focused on its own work.
